2013 Little Pawn Chardonnay

Captivating, floral nose with hints of rose petal and cinnamon spice. On the palate, subtle richness, hints of cream and beautiful oak integration create a wine of restrained elegance, with substantial length.

Jagged Rock Vineyard

Nestled in the Okanagan Highland foothills of the Black Sage Bench just southeast of Oliver, these Chardonnay blocks were planted in 1999 on a west-facing plateau to a mix of clone 76 and our heritage ‘Dekleva’ clone.

The soil is composed of sand and gravel formed by glacial activity. The porous nature of the soils limits the vigour of the vines, producing low-yielding grape clusters concentrated in flavour.

Smooth and toasty with vanilla and spice; lush, creamy and long; ripe and complex with notes of rose water and caramel.

93 Points, Anthony Dias Blue

The wine has a strikingly floral aroma with subtle hints of citrus and well-integrated oak on the palate. The wine is exceptionally elegant.

94 Points, John Schreiner
