2020 Silent Bishop Merlot
A delicate nose of red and dark fruits, spice and tobacco with subtle notes of rose petal. The palate displays fleshy blueberry and black fruits enhanced by tobacco, mocha and herbal influences with well balanced acidity and bright tannins producing a wine with vibrancy, length and tension.

2019 Fool's Mate Chardonnay
A complex wine with aromas of Asian pear and peach backed by hints of graphite. The palate has a rich entry with flavours of pear and nectarine. There is tension across the mid palate followed by long lasting herbal, wet stone and mineral elements.

2019 Queen's Advantage Chardonnay
Deep, rocky soils and old, gnarly vines (planted in the early 1970’s) combine to create a wine with sub-tropical fruit, lime, ginger, spice and wet stone aromas. The palate mirrors the nose and transitions from a rich entry to a long mineral finish with signature wet stone notes.
