Vinted with Precision

A blend of two distinct parcels within the Jagged Rock Vineyard. The porous soils of the Black Sage Bench regulate the vines, which produce concentrated fruit with balance and complexity.

A vibrant nose of key lime, lychee, sage brush, and anise seed. Flavours of lemon curd, hazelnut and apricot compote excite the senses. The rich palate is balance by a mouthwatering, mineral finish.

Fermentation: 55% wild fermentation

Barrel aging: 100% French oak (61% new); 16 months in oak

Crafted: 31 Barrels

The wine was aged 16 months in French oak (61% new). It begins with aromas of lime and hints of tropical fruits, which are echoed on the palate, along with notes of lemon and hazelnut. The balance is seamless, producing an elegant and flawless wine.
